This is not the precise solo played by Jack White, but I have designed it to be as
as possible without the need for a whammy pedal. A lot of it depends on you repeatedly
and releasing notes accuratly, but with feeling, making the note "wobble" to mimic the
whammy pedal. It should be possible to copy the original recording quite closly.

Intermodulation distortion between the 12th fret and 15th fret bend should give that 
retching distortion sound. Keep releasing the bent note slightly (not all the way!), 
it back again each time you strike it.

This could also be played simply by bending the 14th fret up progressively higher and 
2 whole tones if your strings will take it.
