Which Way Home - Bernard Fanning (Intro)

This is my first tab, and it took me a while to figure out, so I hope it's good.
I'm sorry if it's not exactly right, because there's a bit that I got confused with and 
don't think it's correct.
Since I don't have a good acoustic guitar, I just use a clean setting on my Line 6 
3 amp with an electric guitar
It's in E standard tuning
