Take Me Home Acoustic Guitar Tabs by After Midnight Project

Okay this was kinda hard to tab. And I'm very sure that there are mistakes in it. The
reason I am even posting this is so people can make a better tab once they know the basic
So here it is...please please please email me or comment for suggestions....just don't 
too hard on me. It's my first tab and like I said no one has tabbed this before.
